In the event of an operating failure, perform the checks stated in the table below. Also check the controller
programming. If you do not eliminate the failure, call your maintenance or after service technician.

First actions in the event of failure

Possible causes
Electrical supply absent
The burner LED is lit.
Fuel absent
Insufficient gas pressure
The overheating indicator lamp is lit.
The safety thermostat has been triggered.
External fault lamp is lit
The controller programme is wrong
The circulating pump is seized
Installation water level or pressure
insufficient
Outlet or return valves closed
Remedy
Check the fuse, close the main switch.
Check the power supply cable and the
burner cables.
Press the burner reset button.
Fill the fuel tank
Contact your gas supplier
Reset the safety thermostat after
removing the cause of the
overheating.
Remove the external cause
Set the type of operation and heating
programme. Provide a heating
demand.
Remove the central screw from the
circulating pump, turn the shaft until it
does not encounter any further
resistance.
Add water and remove any leaks
Open the valves
