8 Use

Please read this part of the manual attentively and ask your installer to explain the heat production installation to
you with all the control and monitoring components.
Do not switch on the installation if you think that the boiler or part of the system is frozen.
Please also comply with the operating conditions stated in chapter 7.

8.1 Commissioning

Before starting the installation, check that:
the burner and its fuel supply circuit has been inspected
for fuel oil burners, the burner spray nozzle and the combustion head setting correctly correspond to the desired
appliance power
all foreign objects have been removed from the boiler combustion chamber
the turbulators have been correctly mounted (see sticker on the boiler door)
the space between the burner head and the door hole has been filled
the boiler door is perfectly shut
the heating system has been filled with water and the air in the system has been purged (condenser and heater
unit)
the thermostats are correctly set (the setting for the 2
speed) or that the controller is correctly configured
the control and safety equipment is working correctly
all the valves have been opened, especially the water and burner valves
the circulating pumps are working
air admission is provided and the vent is clear
To switch on, place the control panel switch to 'I'.

8.2 Decommissioning

Position the control panel switch at 'O'.
If the unit is being stopped for several weeks, the following measures shall be taken:
Switch off the main boiler room switch,
Cut off the fuel supply
If there is a risk of frost, drain the installation or add an antifreeze product in accordance with the instructions
stated in point 7.4.
Clean the boiler heating surfaces and protect them. Call the professional who supervises the installation.
