C O N S O L E O P E R A T I O N
TARGET TRAINING SETTINGS
This console has five target training modes: Time, Count, Distance, Calories and
Pulse. Once you have chosen your training mode, press the MODE button to
remove the SCAN flashing on the display.
TIME
Press the MODE button, choose TIME, and press the SET button to
set how long you want to exercise for. You can press and hold the set button
to speed up the setting. When you have reached your required time,
release the button. Once you start working out on the rower the timer will
start and count down from the time duration set. Once the training goal has
been completed the console will beep, signalling the end of your training. If
you continue to train from this point the display will automatically begin to
count up from zero.
COUNT
to set the number of full rowing strokes you want to achieve. You can press
and hold the set button to speed up the setting. When you have reached your
required count, release the button. Once you start working out on the rower
the display will begin counting down from the target set. Once the training
goal has been completed the console will beep, signalling the end of your
training. If you continue to train from this point the display will automatically
begin to count up from zero.
DISTANCE
button to set the virtual distance you want to achieve. You can press and
hold the set button to speed up the setting. When you have reached your
required distance, release the button. Once you start working out on the
rower the display will begin counting down from the target set. Once the
training goal has been completed the console will beep, signalling the
end of your training. If you continue to train from this point the display will
automatically begin to count up from zero.
CALORIES
button to the number of calories you want to burn during your workout.
You can press and hold the set button to speed up the setting. When you
have reached your required calorie number, release the button. Once you
start working out on the rower the display will begin counting down from
