the target set. Once the training goal has been completed the console will
beep, signalling the end of your training. If you continue to train from this
point the display will automatically begin to count up from zero.
PULSE
Press the MODE button, choose PULSE, and press the SET button to
set the target heart rate you want to achieve during your workout. You can
press and hold the set button to speed up the setting. When you have
reached your required heart rate number, release the button. Once you start
working out on the rower the display will begin counting down from the
target set. Once the training goal has been completed the console will beep,
signalling the end of your training. If you continue to train from this point the
display will automatically begin to count up from zero.
You can always change the training targets set by pressing the RESET button to
clear all current settings. You can then choose your training targets again with
the above instructions.
NB. IF THE DISPLAY IS FAINT OR SHOWS NO FIGURES,
PLEASE REPLACE THE DISPLAY BATTERIES.
THE CONSOLE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF IF THERE
IS NO SIGNAL RECEIVED AFTER 4 MINUTES.
THE MONITOR WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN ON WHEN
YOU BEGIN USING THE ROWER.
THE MONITOR WILL AUTOMATICALLY START TO CALCULATE
YOUR TRAINING AS SOON AS YOU START ROWING, AND UP TO
4 SECONDS AFTER YOU FINISH.
