PIZZA
Use your oven to cook frozen or fresh pizza to perfection. Setting works for
both thin and thick crust pizza.

Place your pizza (max 12 inches) on the air rack and slide it on the 2
level.

Turn the function knob and select PIZZA
•
Select your desired temperature and time and begin the cooking
cycle.

Check regularly to make sure the cheese is not getting cooked faster than

CONVECTION BROIL
Use your oven as a broiler by using the convection broil function (BROIL with
fan icon). Use it to sear steaks and meats, crisp up vegetables and fruits,
finish off cheesy dishes, and even to caramelize crème brulées.

The air rack or baking pan are best for this function.
Make sure the removable crumb tray is in place before starting

to cook.

Use the function dial to select BROIL.

Use temperature dial to turn to desired temperature and turn timer dial
to select time and to turn the unit on.
