TIP: We suggest broiling at 450°F for a few minutes until food is cooked and
desired texture is achieved.

CONVECTION ROAST

Use this function to evenly roast large cuts of meat and poultry and your
favorite vegetables. Ideal for whole chickens, turkeys, ham, ribs and hearty
vegetables such as beets, carrots, potatoes, brussel sprouts, and more!
For best results use the baking pan in the first or second level.
Place the food on the baking pan and slide it in the appropriate rack
level.
Select the ROAST function and adjust temperature to your preference.
Turn the timer to desired time when ready to begin the cooking
process.
Turn your food around (when size allows you to) halfway through the
cooking process.
The power of the fan will allow your food to achieve a perfectly brown
exterior with a tender and juicy interior.
When cooking time is up, a bell will ring and the appliance will shut off.
Using oven mitts and the rack handle pull out your food and enjoy!
Tip: same as for the convection broiling function, make sure to keep an eye
on your food to make sure the outside is not getting cooked faster than the
inside.

KEEP WARM

Use your Kalorik Maxx Air Fryer Oven to keep your food warm after cooking,
using the Keep Warm setting.
Keep Warm is not a separate function but rather a temperature you
can set your oven to, to keep your food warm once you are done
cooking.
Cook under your desired function, temperature, and time.
When done, if you don't want to eat your food immediately, you can
turn the temperature knob to the left until you reach Keep Warm (170°).
Keep using the function and accessory that you used to cook.
No need to do anything else! Once timer elapses, simply turn
o
temperature to KEEP WARM and turn the timer knob to the time
you wish to keep your food warm for.
