Drain connection

Depending on the set-up, all the equipment has up to three
drains (refrigerated tub/top drain, cell drain, display drain)
the latter are connected and conveyed to a siphon. The piping
must have a minimum gradient of 4% along the path up to the
siphon and a constant diameter along the entire length.
A grate drain is also allowed, however, in this case, an air gap
(clearance) of at least 2.5 cm must be left between the drain
pipe and the evacuation area (grate or another receiving tube).
Compliance with this regulation guarantees that potentially
harmful bacteria CANNOT rise through the drain pipe and
contaminate the food.
Condensate collection basins made of polycarbonate/steel are
available as optionals (

on the rails that are adequately fixed in the lower part of the
technical compartment. Once the basin is set in position, insert
the drain pipes inside it. Operation with maximum 2 PTC resistors
to be connected to the specific connector
