The message remains displayed until an operator presses a button even if the alarm
has been restored and therefore the compressor resumes regular operation.

Power the machine by pressing
the ON/OFF A
switch for 3
seconds: the relevant LED lights
up and ON appears on the dis-
play.
2 Switch on the various zones
(tub, refrigerated cell, display,
etc.) by pressing each switch B
for at least 3 seconds.
The current temperature of the
zone highlighted by the lit LED
appears on the display; verify the
temperatures of the other zones
by simply touching them.

Adjust the temperature of a zone
as follows:
- touch its icon;
- the corresponding LED will
light up and the current tem-
perature will alternate with that
on the display;
- press the SET button
then the buttons to set
the desired value.
The temperature ranges are:
top/tub: from -10°C to +5°C
cell: from +3°C to +10°C
display: from +3°C to +10°C
