WARNING
FALL HAZARD: Child's activity can move product. Children have suffered
head injuries falling from rockers.
• As a rocker, stop using:
- B and C position when baby starts trying to sit up or has
reached 18 lb (8.2 kg), whichever comes first.
- D and E position when baby has reached 40 lb (18.1kg).
- The two most upright positions are only for children who have
developed enough upper body control to sit up without tipping
forward.
• Always use on floor. Never place product on counter tops, tables or
other elevated surfaces.
• Always use restraint system until child is able to climb in and out of
the product unassisted. Adjust to fit snugly.
• Stop using as carrier when baby starts trying to sit up or has reached
18 lb (8.2 kg) (approximately 5 months of age), whichever comes first.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated when seats tipped over
on soft surfaces.
• NEVER use on a bed, sofa, cushion, or other soft surface.
• This product is not safe for unsupervised use.
• Never leave child unattended.
• ALWAYS place child on back.
• This product is not safe for sleep.
STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Children have STRANGLED in loose or partially buckled harness
straps. Fully restrain the child at all times.
• Do not use this product if it is damaged or broken.
• Strings and cords can cause strangulation. Keep strings and cords
away from child.
• NEVER place the product near a window where cords from blinds or
drapes can strangle a child.
• NEVER hang strings on or over the product. • NEVER attach strings to
toys. • NEVER place items with a string around a child's neck, such
as hood strings, pacifier cords, etc.
• Make sure canopy is securely attached when in use.
• DO NOT store the product in the playard while in use.
• Never place any objects in product while child is in it.
• To prevent serious injury or death, DO NOT REMOVE FOAM.
• The product must be fully assembled before using. Do not modify
product or add any attachments that are not listed in the owner's
manual.
• NEVER use this product as a means to transport an infant in a motor
vehicle.
