CE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

The undersigned, Lisardo Carballal, authorized by McLand S.L products with the address C / La Fragua, 22-
28932 MÓSTOLES (Spain) declares that the Garland brand rotary tiller, models MULE 961 QG (T40X-5) and
MULE 962 NRQG (T40X-3) from the serial number of the year 2013 onwards (the manufacturing year is clearly
indicated on the identification plate, followed by the serial number), with the description and function as a,
"automotive machine driven on foot with or without a support wheel, so that its working parts serve as a push
hoe" complies with all the requirements of the Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the
Council of May 17, 2006, relating to machinery.
These tools also comply with the requirements of the following community directives:
• Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing
Directive 89/336/EEC.
The CE Community Directive tests have been carried out by the following Notified Bodies, and their Certificate
numbers are:
• 2006/42/EC, Certificate number: M8A 12 12 72518 011.
• TÜV SÜD Products Service GmbH.
• Harmonised standard: EN 709/A4:2009.
