The rotation speed of the wheel has not reached the
minimum limit needed to enable balancing.
• Check that the brake (pedal) or wheel is not
accidentally blocked.
• Check that something is not braking or ob-
structing the wheel.
• Check the power supply.
• Fit the wheel correctly.
