As with any fine power tool, for best performance the manufacturer’s instructions must be followed. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS EYE PROTECTION which conforms to ANSI specifications and provides protection against flying particles both from the FRONT and SIDE should ALWAYS be worn by the operator and others in the work area when connecting to air supply, loading, operating or servicing this tool. Eye protection is required to guard against flying fasteners and debris, which could cause severe eye injury. -

LOADING THE P50 SERIES STAPLING PLIER EYE PROTECTION which conforms to ANSI specifications and provides protection against flying particles both from the FRONT and SIDE should ALWAYS be worn by the operator and others in the work area when connecting to air supply, loading, operating or servicing this tool. -

“O”-rings. Coat each “O”-ring with “O”-LUBE before assembling. Use a small amount of oil on all moving surfaces and pivots. After reassembly add a few drops of BOSTITCH Air Tool Lubricant through the air line fitting before testing. - Página 7 These are threaded parts that have been assembled with a plastic thread locking compound. They should be replaced in a Bostitch service center. However, if they must be replaced in the field, they may be separated by heating parts to approximately 450°F when the compound becomes plastic. Clean parts thoroughly. Degrease threads with Loctite solvent #75559, apply Loctite grade 277, and assemble.

CARGA DEL ALICATES ENGRAPADOR SERIE P50 Al cargar, operar o dar servicio a esta herramienta, el operador y los demás presentes en el área de trabajo deben usar SIEMPRE PROTECCIÓN DE LOS OJOS en conformidad con las especificaciones ANSI y que proteja contra partículas que vuelen por DELANTE y por el LADO, cuando se haga la conexión al suministro de aire. -

Después del reensamblaje añada unas pocas gotas de Lubricante para herramientas neumáticas BOSTITCH (Air Tool Lubricant) a través de la grasera de la línea de aire antes de probar. PRESIÓN Y VOLUMEN DEL SUMINISTRO DE AIRE: El volumen de aire es tan importante como la presión de aire. - Página 15 Estas son las piezas roscadas que se han ensamblado con un compuesto para bloquear roscados plásticos. Deben reemplazarse en un centro de servicio Bostitch. Sin embargo, si deben reemplazarse en terreno, pueden separarse calentando las piezas a aproximadamente 450°F (232°C) cuando el componente se pone plástico. Limpie completamente las piezas. Retire la grasa de los roscados con el solvente #75559 de Loctite, aplique Loctite grado 277 y ensamble.

Une lubrification fréquente mais sans excès est nécessaire pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal. Les pièces internes sont lubrifiées par l’ajout d’huile via la conduite d’air. Utilisez le lubrifiant pour outil pneumatique BOSTITCH, Mobil Velocite n° 10, ou un équivalent. N’utilisez pas d’huile détergente ni d’additifs. Ces lubrifiants accélèrent l’usure des joints et des butées de l’outil, ce qui a un effet négatif sur les performances et la fréquence d’entretien. -

Ces pièces filetées ont été assemblées à l’aide d’un adhésif frein-filet de plastique Elles doivent être remplacées dans un centre de service Bostitch. Toutefois, si un remplacement sur le terrain devient nécessaire, elles peuvent être séparées en chauffant les pièces à une température d’environ 450 °F (232 °C); l’adhésif deviendra plastique. Nettoyez bien toutes les pièces. - Página 24 MISE EN GARDE : Les articles 12 et 26 doivent être assemblés dans la direction illustrée. La dent de retenue sur le mandrin ainsi que le côté long du piston doivent faire face au devant de l’outil. Ne faites pas tourner ces pièces.
