OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

This KOBE hood is equipped with two rotary controls with powerful centrifugal squirrel cage, baffle filters,
and bright LED lights.
The two rotary controls are Light Control & Speed Control. Refer to Figure 28.
Note: For best results, turn hood to QuietMode™ prior to preparation or cooking to establish
airflow in the kitchen. Adjust speed as needed.

Rotate the Speed Control clockwise to cycle from QuietMode™, Low, High, and off;
and rotate counterclockwise to cycle from High, Low, QuietMode™, and off
•
Rotate the Light Control clockwise to turn on the light.
