MDI VCR (v1.0)
The vessel has 3 legs for its support, made from stainless steel. Each leg is
equipped with a loading cell for the product dosage control inside the vessel.
Materials:
The main material used in vessel manufacturing has been stainless Steel, 316L
quality in all the parts in contact with product and 304L quality in the rest.
The vessel surfaces which are in contact with product are mirror polished with a
roughness Ra<0,5µm. The external surface are grain polished 180 s/DIN 69100 with
a roughness Ra<1,2µm.
The seals which are in contact with product are made of EPDM, VITON or SILICONE,
according to the FDA standards.
