Precautions For Use - SAM OUTILLAGE SAMX'DRAINER Manual Tecnico

You have just acquired a new XDC-50 coolant drainer, known as the SAMX'DRAINER ®.
Please read this manual before using the machine for the first time. It contains information that
will enable you to master and use the machine on a day-to-day basis very quickly
and efficiently. Thank you for confidence.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

This machine is not designed to be used
by anyone (including children) whose
physical, sensory or mental capacity is
reduced, or inexperienced or uninformed
persons unless they have had the benefit
of prior monitoring or instruction in
the use of the machine from a person
responsible for their safety. Take care to
ensure that children never play with the
machine.
NB: Dispose of the used coolant according
to the instructions.
WARNING: There is a risk of coolant being
splashed onto anyone in the vicinity
of the machine. The machine must be
connected to a pneumatic circuit using
compressed air at between 6.5 bar min.
and 10 bar max. The machine must be
used within a temperature range of
between -20°C and + 40°C.

The machine is designed for use indoors
or at least in a place not exposed to the
rain. The machine must be used standing
upright on flat ground, as shown in the
photo above.
Before using the machine, equip yourself
with the appropriate PPE > nitrile-type
gloves + protective goggles. Do not open
the machine, do not replace any parts,
apart from the cone or caps (see the
procedure for Replacing the caps). The
product is to be used to drain coolant
only.
If you have to destroy the drainer, it must
be emptied of any coolant and disposed
of in accordance with the legislation
applicable in your country.
