Console (fig. E-1)

⚠ CAUTION
• Keep the console away from direct sunlight�
• Dry the surface of the console when it is covered with drops of
sweat�
• Do not lean on the console�
• Only touch the display with the tip of your finger� Make sure that
your nails or sharp objects do not touch the display�
‼ NOTE
• The console switches to standby Mode when the equipment is
not used for 10 minutes�
Press any key to wake up console again when being in standby
Mode�

External connections

USB port
Usb port can be used for charging purposes only�
AUX port
Aux port can be used to connect an external media device and play
music over the build in speakers�
‼ NOTE
• The console can only be used as speaker system, and is not able
to use as media player� You need an extra device to use as a
media player such as a smart phone or tablet�
• When using the console speakers it might result in HR reading
problems�

Buttons

Start
- Start selected workout�
- Restart Paused workout when being in pause mode�
Stop
- Stop the active training, and reset al parameters�
Pause
- Press to pause workout at any time� "PAU" will be displayed, and
runnign data will be saved�
Incline up
- Increases the incline (0~20 ± 1)�
- Pressing and holding will increase the incline faster�
- Change values in programming mode�
Incline down
- Decreases the incline (0~20 ± 1)�
- Pressing and holding will decrease the incline faster�
- Change values in programming mode�
Incline hot keys�
Incline Hot Keys are set as: 3, 5 & 7�
For example, the incline level changes from any level to 7 by pressing
the Incline Hot Key 7�
Speed up
- Increases the speed (0,8~20 km/h ±0,1km/h)�
- Pressing and holding will increase the speed faster�
- Change values in programming mode�
Speed down
- Decreases the speed (0,8~20 km/h ±0,1km/h)�
- Pressing and holding will decrease the speed faster�
- Change values in programming mode�
Speed hot keys:
Speed Hot Keys are set as: 6, 8 & 10 km/h�
For example, the speed changes from any speed to 8 KPH by
pressing the Speed Hot Key 8�

- Select Countdown program mode, Knowing:
Time Countdown
Distance Countdown
Calorie Countdown
Step Countdown
Manual
- Select the program mode "Manual" quickly (P-1)
Interval
- Select the program mode "Interval " quickly� (P-2)
Lose weight
- Select the program mode "lose weight" quickly�" (P-3) quickly�
Walk
- Select the program mode "Walk" (P-4) quickly�
Run
- Select the program mode "Walk" (P-5) quickly�
Climb
- Select the program mode "Climb" quickly�

Explanation of display items

Speed
- Shows the actual treadmill speed in workout mode�
Display range: 0�8~20�0 km/h�
Pulse
- Shows the pulse rate when holding both HR handgrips, or wear
compatible chest strap (5Khz)�
Display range: 50~200 bpm�
Distance
- Shows the ran distance workout mode�
- Shows remaining distance when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show "END"�
- Display range: 0�00~99�99 km�
When reached maximum display distance, the counting will start
over again�
‼ NOTE
• This parameter will only count when walking/ running on the
treadmill� This is because of the build in movement sensing
system�
Time
- Shows the ran time in workout mode�
- Shows remaining time when being in countdown mode� When
reach goal display will show "END"�
- Display range: 0:00~18:00 hours�
When reached maximum display time, the counting will start over
again�
