USE STEPS
1.
EBL-992 charger is designed for 1-2 pieces AA/AAA/C Ni-MH
Ni-CD rechargeable batteries and 1-2 pieces Lithium-ion
26650/22650/17670/17500/18490/18650/16340(R-
CR123)/14500/10440 Li-ion Cylindrical rechargeable batteries.
2. Connect the power cable firstly before charging
3.
AC Plug in and power on: All LED indicators will flash on in blue,
and then the lights go out.
4.
The charger's light is blue when charging. If charged fully, three
LEDs are lighting together.
5. Different capacity at the number of LEDs：
1LED--0~35% capacity
2LEDs--35%~75% capacity
3LEDs--75%~100% capacity.
