6.2. Entering Emergency Mode from the DC-700ETH/T
1. Press the EMERGENCY button.
2. Press YES to confirm.
3. If there are several PA Areas in the installation, select which ones you want to enter emergency mode
and press OK. If you have only one PA Area, proceed to step 4.
4. Enter the Emergency Mode access password (1234 by default) and press OK.
5. The EMERGENCY button is activated and flashes (red button) indicating that the system is in Emergency
Mode.
At the same time, the zone or group selection buttons belonging to the
EMERGENCY GROUP appear with the emergency mode symbol.
6.3. Activating the pre-recorded warning message (WARNING) from the DC-700ETH/T
(To activate the alert message it is necessary to be in Emergency Mode).
1. Press the WARNING button.
2. If there are several PA Areas in the installation, select in which ones you want the alert message to be
played and press OK. If you have only one PA Area, proceed to step 3.
3. Enter the Emergency Mode access password (1234 by default) and press OK.
4. The WARNING button is activated (red button) and the warning message starts playing.
If you want to stop and exit Emergency Mode, select the RESET button. If there are several PA Areas in the
installation, select which ones you want to exit Emergency Mode and press OK. Enter the password and
press OK.
If the playback of an EVACUATION message is triggered during the WARNING message playback, the
WARNING message is stopped.
6.4. Activating a pre-recorded evacuation message (EVACUATION) from the DC-700ETH/T
(To activate the evacuation message it is necessary to be in Emergency Mode).
1. Press the EVACUATION button.
2. If there are several PA Areas in the installation, select in which ones you want the evacuation message
to be played and press OK. If you have only one PA Area, proceed to step 3.
3. Enter the Emergency Mode access password (1234 by default) and press OK.
4. The EVACUATION button is activated (red button) and the evacuation message starts playing.
If you want to stop and exit Emergency Mode, select the RESET button. If there are several PA Areas in the
installation, select which ones you want to exit Emergency Mode and press OK. Enter the password and
press OK.
The EVACUATION message takes priority over the WARNING message: activation of the EVACUATION
message stops the WARNING message.
