Depending on the operating status, the operating LEDs 1

and 2 behave as follows:

Troubleshooting

The operating LEDs 1
for approx. 3 seconds when starting.
♦ Check the connection of the USB-C plug to the charging
pad on the connection socket
♦ Check the connection of the USB-A plug to the USB
mains adapter (not supplied).
♦ Connect the USB mains adapter to another socket.
The operating LED 1
a mobile phone is on the charging pad 1
(A mobile phone is not charging.)
♦ The cover of the mobile phone may be preventing
induction charging. Remove the cover from your mobile
phone.
