To turn off the burner, simply turn the knob to the off position.
If the burner is accidentally turned off, turn the control
knob to the off position and try to light the burner again
after 1 minute. For safety reasons, it is recommended that you turn
off the gas supply if you are not using this appliance.
RECOMENDATIONS
Use of the burners
For best performance of the unit, follow the steps below:
 Use the appropriate cookware for each burner to prevent the
flame from reaching the sides of the pot or pan. (Use the
table below as a reference).
 Always use utensils with a flat bottom and keep the lid on at
all times.
 When the contents of the pan begin to boil, turn the knob to
the "Low" position.

Using the Half Fish-Kettle Burner
The two central burners have an elliptical shape and can be rotated
up to 90 degrees. This allows the unit to be more flexible as it can
be used in different ways.
