ASSEMBLING WSUV STAND
See Figures 9 - 15.
WARNING:
To avoid serious personal injury, always make sure
the tile saw is securely mounted to a workbench
or an approved leg stand. NEVER operate the saw
on the floor.
Many of the WSUV stand parts are movable. All hardware
must be tightened securely but not so tight that the WSUV
stand won't open and close. For easier assembly, match
letter to letter and finger-tighten all fasteners. Only tighten
fasteners securely when you are sure the release lever locks
over the stop pin.
 Place the center brace on top of the inner leg assembly
(curve side up) with the stop pin under the release lever.
NOTE: The stop pins rest on top of inner leg assembly.
 Insert carriage bolt through the top hole of the inner leg
assembly, two small spacers, and the lower hole of the
center brace. Secure with nut and repeat for the other
side.
 Position the inner leg assembly and left outer tube so that
they resemble an "X".
 Insert carriage bolt through the center hole of the left
outer tube, two small spacers, and the lower hole of the
inner leg assembly. Secure with nut.
 Position the inner leg assembly and right outer tube so
that they resemble an "X".
 Insert carriage bolt through the center hole of the right
outer tube, two small spacers, and the lower hole of the
inner leg assembly. Secure with nut.
