Operation
9.5.2

RPG cordless

1. Release the ON/OFF switch or speed controller (3).
The machine comes to a stop.
2. Remove the exchangeable battery.
3. Release the machine from the tube (see chap. 8.5, p.
68).
4. Remove the chips from the housing with suitable tools
(tongs) after each machining process.
5. Close the viewing window after removing chips.

Processing in restricted environments

To make operation easier, the position of the machine with respect to the tube can be changed as follows.
9.6.1

Change position of drive

1. Release screw (1) on the reverse of the body.
2. Rotate drive to desired position.
3. Install screw (1).
9.6.2

change position of housing

Body position changeable only at the RPG 2.5 (Cordless).
1. Fully unscrew headless screw (2) on the reverse of
the body.
2. Rotate body to desired position (only possible in 4 x
90° steps). Pay attention to countersinks in the body.
3. Assemble headless screw (2).
