25. Specify whether you would like to use kilograms and cen-
timeters (METRIC) or pounds and inches (ENG) as the unit of
measure.
26. To confirm your selection, push the "MODE" button.
The "HEIGHT" indicator will appear.
27. Enter your height by pushing the "ST./STP." button (for-
ward) or "SELECT" button (back).
28. To confirm your selection, push the "MODE" button.
The "WEIGHT" indicator will appear.
29. Enter your weight by pushing the "ST./STP." button (for-
ward) or "SELECT" button (back).
30. To confirm your selection, push the "MODE" button.
