You can now select a workout zone. With the workout zone
you can define a suitable lower limit and upper limit for
your pulse for your workout.
The lower and upper limits for your pulse are
aligned with your maximum pulse. You can find
out how to determine your maximum pulse in
the chapter "Determining your maximum pulse".
The pulse watch has an individually adjustable (MY) work-
out zone as well as three preset workout zones:
• the health workout zone (HEALTH)
Lower pulse limit 50 % (of the maximum pulse)
