− To start the workout, push the "ST./STP." button
in

workout mode.
Depending on the selected indicator, "SP" (speed), "DI" (dis-
tance) or "PC" (pace) will start blinking on the bottom right.
As soon as the pulse watch has recorded more than
10 steps, the workout time will start and workout data such
as distance, steps, calories burned will be tracked.
If you briefly pause the workout, the workout time will
stop.
As soon as the pulse watch has registered more than 10
steps, the workout time will continue to be tracked and the
workout data will continue to be recorded.
