Configuring automatic sleep mode
You can also configure the pulse watch so that it activates
sleep mode for the same time frame every day.
1. Hold down the "MODE" button for approx. 3 seconds in
sleep mode.
"AUTO" will appear in the top display segment. "ON" or "OFF"
will appear in the bottom display segment.
2. Push the "ST./STP." button or "SELECT" button to select "ON".
3. Push the "MODE" button to confirm your selection.
The indicator "SLEEP START" will appear in the upper dis-
play segment.
