To obtain meaningful records of the calories
burned and your fat burned, it is important that
you correctly enter your weight in the basic set-
tings (see chapter "Performing basic settings").
The distance is calculated by multiplying the set
stride length and number of steps covered. The
distance shown is more accurate the closer the
stride length entered in the basic settings is to
your actual stride length (see chapter "Perform-
ing basic settings").
