II. Function
1. This oven can be set to a maximum of 350°C. The oven heats up quickly giving satisfying
performance .
2. The firestone allows you to achieve almost perfect results: a well-baked dough, soft and fragrant,
the ingrediants moist and not dried.
3. The firestone absorbs all the moisture in the dough to achieve fragrance and crispness.
4. "Surface" and "Primer" are controlled by two different thermostats.

Intended Use

1. For all fresh or frozen foods , such as bread and pastry products.
2. For all types of meat .
3. For all cooking of gastronomy products.
