VII.Operating Instructions

1.Plug the power cord plug into an electrical outlet;
2.Set the desired working degrees (°C) . Before inserting food, bring the oven to temperature 200-300°C.
3.Turn the thermostat clockwise and set the temperature . The "Indicator" light in this case is on, meaning
that the heating element is working. When it reaches the required temperature, the "Indicator" light will
turn off. If the temperature drops below the set temperature, the indicator light will turn on again.
4.The oven light is turned on by pressing the "Lighting"switch, this will make it easier to monitor the
cooking of food.
5.The amount of food placed in the oven affects the time, the more food placed in the oven the longer the
cooking time and vice versa.
6.Once you have finished using the oven, turn it off.
Warnings
1.Before carrying out any type of maintenance work, it is mandatory to disconnect the oven plug from the
power supply socket.
2.Do not unplug the oven with wet hands .
3.For cleaning purposes, it is forbidden to use: water jets, abrasive powders, corrosive substances or
anything else that may damage the components and compromise safety in general and hygiene in
particular.
4.The furnace may only be used by a trained operator (user). This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have received assistance
or instruction in using the appliance from a person responsible for their safety.

VIII.Maintenance and Cleaning

1.Before performing any maintenance work, it is mandatory to unplug the oven from the electrical outlet.
2.Clean after the oven has cooled.
3.Cleaning must not involve the use of: water jets, abrasive powders, corrosive substances or anything else
that may damage the components and compromise safety in general and hygiene in particular.
4.The oven may only be used by an assigned operator (user).
