WARNING: Do not use the product without the rubber feet. The feet must be firmly attached to the
appliance before use.

V.Installation Requirements

1. Make sure the unit is securely located.
2. Be sure to position the unit so that connections and daily maintenance can be performed without
hindrance.
3. Maintain a clearance around the oven of at least 4 inches/10 centimeters.
4. The oven must not be installed near flammable materials (wood, plastic, combustibles, gas, etc.) avoid
contact of flammable objects with hot oven surfaces ensure fire safety conditions at all times.
5. The environment where the oven is installed must have the following environmental characteristics: it
must be dry, the temperature and relative humidity of the room in which it is to be installed must not
exceed the values indicated in the technical data table; water sources must be adequately distant;
ventilation and lighting must be suitable and in compliance with the hygiene and safety standards provided
for by the laws in force.
BEFORE TURNING ON THE OVEN, REMOVE THE POLYSTYRENE FROM UNDER THE STONES AND REMOVE
THE PROTECTIVE FILM, AVOIDING THE USE OF TOOLS THAT COULD DAMAGE THE SURFACES.
VI. Electrical connection
1.Verify that the power supply voltage, frequency and power of the system are compatible with the values
indicated both in the technical specifications and on the nameplate on the back of the oven. The
characteristics of the power supply socket must be compatible with the plug installed on the cable.
2. Please install a double-pole switch in front of the oven and the power line. The maximum voltage
capacity tolerated is ± 10% .
3.Connect the plug of the power cord to the electrical power outlet.
4.Make the connections as shown in the diagram in step X.
5. Carefully make the connections according to the diagram in step X. If the connections are not made
properly, a short circuit may occur.
