6. INGETEAM NEO App
The INGETEAM NEO App allows you to configure, operate and check your charger so that you can intelligently
manage your electric vehicle charging sessions. The menu, which is displayed by clicking on the
left of the screen, will allow you to navigate through the different sections in the application:

Chargers

User
•
Contact
6.1. Chargers
This section shows the chargers that you have associated with your user account. Each charger is represented in
the Chargers list by the name you have assigned to it, its serial number, and a picture. From here you can:

Add charger: Press the Add charger button and follow the instructions in the App to associate chargers
to your account. See section

Delete charger: If you have a charger associated with your account, click on the

Manage charger: By clicking on a charger that you have associated, you can navigate to the screens that
allow you to manage the charger. See section
for information about everything you can do with your charger.
6.2. User
In this section you can consult and modify all the data in your user account (with the exception of the email).
Remember to click on the Confirm button so that the changes are saved.
From here you can also change the password of your account by clicking on the Change password button. To do
this, you will first have to enter the current password and then the new password (twice). Remember that here you
must also click on the Confirm button for the changes to be saved.
If you need to change your email address for any reason, you will have to carry out a new user registration process
from the beginning and associate the charger to your new account (do not forget to first delete the chargers from
the account that is no longer to be used). See section

6.3. Contact
In this section you can contact the INGETEAM NEO App User Support team to answer your questions or ask for
help if you notice any abnormal behavior in your charger. After pressing the Send button, our team will receive
your communication and contact you by email, WhatsApp or phone in less than 12 hours, and will help you with
whatever you need. It is very important that the user details you have registered in your INGETEAM NEO account
are correct, as they are what we will use to contact you if necessary.
6.4. Terms of Use
You can review the INGETEAM NEO App terms of use from this section.
6.5. Sign out
For your convenience, when you enter the INGETEAM NEO App, the session will always remain open until you
decide to close it. If you want to do this, this section will show you a window where you can confirm your decision
by pressing the OK button.
