The saddle should be adjusted horizontally so that your back angle is comfortable
and your arms are slightly bent.
Loosen the knob at the bottom of the saddle holder: To do this, turn counterclockwise.
Move the saddle horizontally on the saddle holder. Tighten the knob again.

Let the front tube protrude from the frame at most so far that the 'MAX'
marking is just visible.
Securely grasp the multi-position handle from the front.
Turn knob ('V') on main frame slightly anti-clockwise. Pull out locking pin.
Lift the multi-position handle to the desired height: The front bar is not
infinitely adjustable: make sure that the pin of the knob engages in one of
the holes in the front bar.
Engage knob ('V') and tighten.
3.3.4 Adjusting multi-position handle horizontally
Slightly loosen the knob ('H') at the bottom of the multi-position handle.
Push the multi-position handle on the front tube ('12') backwards or
forwards.
Tighten knob ('H').

WARNING! Risk of injury due to improper strain if the click system is incorrectly adjusted!
If you want to use the pedal side with click system, follow the instructions of the manufacturer of the click
