4.7 Leg strap assembly
The HB500 is equipped with a leg strap to keep the knees a ached to the frame. On each end of the strap
there is respec vely a male and a female velcro patch.For assembly, we recommend pressing the male velcro
end of the strap onto the legs (velcro upwards) and running the strap around the legs so that the other end
with the female velcro a aches to the first, as shown in the photo:
4.8 Assembling the pelvic strap
The HB500 is designed to accommodate a 45° pelvic strap.This can be mounted on the backrest adjustment
bar, as shown in the diagram.
5. Tips and recommenda ons for use
If needed, the padding can be washed at low temperatures. Nevertheless, avoid immersing the other,
mechanical parts of the wheelchair in water. Always clean the handbike thoroughly for maximum efficiency.
