Troubleshooting Guide
Cause
Battery Pack is not attached correctly
Battery power is low.
Battery Pack has malfunctioned.
Protection function is engaged.
When starting the Power Unit, the POWER
button was pressed while the START/
STOP switch was in the START position.
The Power Unit becomes too hot.
Protection function is engaged.
Power Unit speed too slow.
Drive belt tension loose.
Drive failure.
Vibrator failure.
Lack of lubrication.
Plate in direct contact with material.
Over compaction.
Layer thickness too deep.
Moisture content too high or too low.
Remedy
Refer to "Attaching The Battery Pack" section and
check that the power cable and Battery Pack are attached
correctly.
Charge the Battery Pack.
Replace the Battery Pack.
Contact Agent or Altrad Belle.
Press the START/STOP switch to the STOP position and
then press the POWER button.
Stop using the machine and let the Power Unit cool down.
