Cause
The AC plug is not connected to an electric
outlet.
The charging connector is not connected to
the battery connector.
The Battery Pack is not being cooled
correctly, so charging is stopped by the
high-temperature protection function.
Protection function is engaged.
Remedy
Remove all equipment connected to the Battery Pack,
wait for about 5 minutes and press the Charge Level
Check Button.
• When the ALERT
Pack can be used normally.
After following the instructions for the Battery Pack
works properly.
• When the device works, the Battery Pack can be used
normally.
After following the instructions for the Battery Pack
problem, connect the Battery Charger and check if the
charging starts properly.
• When the charging starts, the Battery Pack can be used
normally.
Remove all equipment connected to the Battery Pack,
Check Button.
• When the ERROR indicator does not illuminate, the
Battery Pack can be used normally.
Check that there is no foreign material around the Battery
• When the ERROR indicator illuminates, there is a
Battery Pack is dead.
Remedy
Connect the AC plug to an electric outlet correctly.
Connect the charging connector to the battery connector
correctly.
Position the Battery Pack so there are no gaps between
the intake port of the Battery Charger and the exhaust port
of the Battery Pack.
Contact Altrad Belle.
