There is a female connector protected by a protective
cap above the protective cover of the control unit.
Unscrew the protective cap.
Insert the male connector, taking care to insert it
without damaging the pins, and screw the locking ring
in as far as it will go.
It is now possible to place the control unit in the
previously screwed in support.
10. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
10.1 START-UP (POWER SERIES ONLY)
The electro-actuated lifting trolley power button is
located on the control unit's protective cover.
To switch on the device, press and hold the power
button for about one second, releasing it as soon as the
first red LED lights up.
Keeping the button pressed for longer than this will
result in the device not being switched on.
At the end of use, switch the device off by pressing the
same button briefly.
If the device is not used for the time indicated in the
technical data table, it switches itself off to prevent
unwanted battery discharge as well as for safety
reasons.
10.2 LIFTING AND LOWERING
Warning:
Before lifting/lowering the trolley, ensure that nothing interferes with its movement. No
objects or persons besides the operator should have access to the machine.
There is a risk of crushing, particularly during lowering.
Hydraulic devices
To lift the trolley, repeatedly press the left pedal (identified in the image opposite by
the symbol ▲).
To lower the trolley, press and hold the right pedal (identified in the image opposite
by the symbol ▼).
Electro-actuated devices
To raise the trolley, press the right foot pedal button (identified by an up arrow on the
foot pedal itself).
To lower the trolley, press the left foot pedal button (identified by a down arrow on
the foot pedal itself).
If the device is equipped with one, it can also be moved using the optional cable control
by pressing the respective buttons (right ▲ button to lift and left ▼ buttons to lower).
Both the foot pedal control and the optional cable control are hold-to-run.
Movement will be stopped when activation of the button is interrupted. This is a
safety system to limit the risk of crushing. Do not attempt to alter it in any way.
