The device is a prosthetic foot for sports activities. This document covers

Flex-Run Junior
Flex-Run (Standard and Large)
Cheetah Xceed.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
– Lower limb amputation.
– Lower limb deficiency.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
None known.
INTENDED USE
This device is a modular component for a lower limb prosthesis that
replaces the function or aesthetics of a missing limb. Compatibility of
components and the overall prosthesis must be evaluated by a medical
professional.
This device is for single patient use.
The device is intended for high to extreme impact levels, e.g. running,
sprinting and recreational sports.
