Adjusting the distance between dual rows
In the design stage, three different types of "range of dis-
tances between dual rows" are envisaged (see "Specifica-
tions").
The work unit is supplied with the "range of distances

Proceed as outlined below.
1) Loosen the screws (A) and remove the casing (B).
2) Loosen the screws (E).
3) Slide the ploughshare (F) units along the support
until the required distance between dual rows is ob-
tained (the said distance preferably within the range
of distances between dual rows supplied with the
machine).
Position the ploughshare units at the same distance
from the unit's cross beam.

4) Tighten the screws (E).
5) Loosen the nuts (C) to release the tie-rod (D).
6) Pull the tie-rod (D) until the ejector (G) is in the maxi-
mum position and juts out from the ploughshare by
0,5 mm.
Check that the tie-rod stroke (D) does not touch oth-
er mechanical parts.
7) Tighten the nuts (C).
8) Fit the casing (B) and tighten the screws (A).
