CLEANING AND CARE
Do not use a steam cleaner for cleaning.
Before cleaning, make sure that the cooking zones are switched off and that
the residual heat indicator ("H") has gone out.
Important: Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as they could
scratch or damage the glass surface.
Clean the hob after each use (when it has cooled down) to remove food
residues and stains.
Sugar or foods with a high sugar content can damage the hob surface and
must be removed immediately.
Salt, sugar and sand can scratch the glass surface.
Use a soft cloth, absorbent kitchen paper or a special hob cleaner (follow the
manufacturer's instructions).
TROUBLESHOOTING
Read and follow the instructions in the "Operation" section.
Make sure that the power supply has not been interrupted.
Dry the hob thoroughly after cleaning.
If alphanumeric codes appear on the display when the hob is switched on,
read the instructions in the table below.
If the hob cannot be switched off after use, disconnect it from the power
supply.

E1
than the nominal voltage.

than the nominal voltage.
High temperature of the

ceramic plate sensor.

High temperature of the IGBT.
Solution
Automatic recovery
Check that the power supply
is normal.
Switch on the unit when the
power supply is normal.
Wait until the temperature of
the ceramic plate returns to
normal.
Touch the power button
restart the device.
Wait until the temperature of
the IGBT returns to normal.
Press the power button
restart the device.
Check that the fan is running
properly. If this is not the case,
replace the fan.
