3. HRC mode (Target heart rate):
In HRC mode, the computer constantly adjusts the intensity to the desired heart rate.
• Make sure your pulse is properly measured either by the sensor grips in the sensor bracket or by
a connected pulse strap.
• Press the program selection button in standby mode. Select the desired program with the UP or
DOWN buttons until "HrC" is displayed. Press the program selection button again.
• Select the target heart rate with the UP or DOWN buttons. Do not choose a too high target rate
beyond your individual fitness level!
• Press the Start/Pause button to begin the workout.
4. WATT mode (Target power mode):
In WATT mode, the computer constantly adjusts the intensity to the desired performance in Watts.
• Press the program selection button in standby mode. Select the desired program with the UP or
DOWN buttons until "WATT" is displayed. Press the program selection button again.
• Select the target power in Watts with the UP or DOWN buttons. Do not choose a too high target
power (WATT) beyond your individual fitness level!
• Press the Start/Pause button to begin the workout.
In all modes make sure to respect the individual limits!
