HOW TO DEAL WITH LIME SCALE INCRUSTA-
TIONS:
For the appliance to work correctly it should be
kept free of limescale or magnesium incrusta-
tions caused by the use of hard water.
To prevent this kind of problem, we recommend
the use of water with low lime or magnesium
mineralisation.
This coff ee maker is prepared to remind you to
descale the machine after 500 cycles. This time
is a guideline and we recommend the following:
Every 10 weeks if the water is "very hard".
Every 17 weeks if the water is "hard".
Homemade solutions are not recommended in
the decaling of this appliance, such as the use
of vinegar.
