Handlebar assembly
1. Place the handlebar (14) into the column upper
opening;
2. Place the knob and handlebar height regulator (20)
into the hole corresponding to the handlebar height.
3. Place the handle/nut knob in the handlebar grip;
4. Tighten the grip knob (20);
5. Place the upper handlebar protection (9), tighten the
three fixing screws;

Fenders assembly
1. Adjust the fenders (24) according to the holes for the
fixing screws;
2. Place the fixing screws with a washer, a rubber
damper and a clamping nut;
3. Place the fenders' connecting plate;

Transmission belt cover assembly
1. Adjust the transmission belt cover (23) according to
the holes for the fixing screws;
2. Place the damping rubbers and tighten the fixing
screws;

Exhaust's protection grid assembly
1. Place the protection grid (22);
2. Tighten the fixing screws;
Prefilter assembly
1. Place the air prefilter (10) in the handlebar grip, next
to the throttle adjusting knob (12);
2. Tighten the fixing clamps;
Blades assembly
Assembly
1. Insert the 4-blade set shaft into the set shaft with 2
sets of 4 blades;
2. Place and tighten the screw with washer and nut;
3. Place the disc shaft into the blade shaft with 1 set of
4 blades;
4. Place and tighten the screw with washer and nut;
All blades must be oriented in the same direction,
check the indications attached to the shafts with
the corresponding side of each blades set (R, L);

Placement on the traction shaft
5. Engage the blades' shaft in the traction shaft,
according to the indication given ();
6. Place the pin in the blade shaft's inner hole and in
the traction shaft. Place the beta key.
The blades must have the cutting edges pointing
forward.
