Noise /vibration information
WARNING !
The noise level may exceed 80 dB(A)
during work.
Risk of severe injuries and acoustic
Â
trauma.
Wear ear protectors!

Noise emission values
These values enable the assessing of the noise
emissions of the device and comparison with various
other devices. Dependent on the conditions of use
and the state of the device or tool, the actual loa-
ding may be higher or lower. When estimating also
take into consideration work breaks and phases with
lower loading. Specify protective or organisational
measures for the user based on the corresponding
adjusted estimation values.

The specified vibration emission values:
• Were measured using a standardised test proce-
dure and can be used to compare one pneuma-
tic tool with another.
• Can be used for a rough assessment of the
exposure.
For trouble-free operation of the device, a suffici-
ent supply of filtered, dry, oiled compressed air is
required.

pressed air supply

Start-up
Attention !
The device drive must always be adequately
lubricated.
Oil the device before first use, then oil daily.
¾
If the tool has not been used for several days,
¾
manually add about 5 drops of pneumatic oil to
the compressed air connection.
Attention !
Operate only with clean, dry compressed air at a
regulated pressure of 6.3 bar.
Risk of injury due to the failure
of quick-release couplings and
consequently uncontrolled flailing
hoses.
Do not use quick release couplings
¾
directly at the device nor closer
than 20 cm to the device.
Screw the hose connection [9] on to the com-
pressed air connection [4] of the device.
Push a suitable hose clamp [10] on to the com-
pressed air hose [11].
Push the compressed air hose [11] up to the stop
on the hose connection [9].
Tighten the hose clamp [10] just before the end
of the compressed air hose [11].
DANGER !
