Displaying dBV values
To set the multimeter to display voltage values in dBV, first change the dB
(decibel) display from dBm to dBV in the setup menu. See
display"
This change is permanent. To set the multimeter to display voltage values in

dBm again, you will need to change the dB display from dBV back to dBm in the
setup menu.
Next, set up your multimeter to measure voltage as shown in
Figure
voltage measurements are displayed as a dBV value.

A dBV measurement uses a 1 volt reference voltage to compare the present
