When cabling the charging system, follow all instruc-
tions in chapter 1 and proceed as follows:
•
Appropriately prepare the mains connecting cable
(Ø 10 - 20 mm // max. 5*6 mm²) and connect it as
shown in Fig. 6 - no. 1. The illustration shows the
mains connection via three phases. Use N, L1 and
PE to connect the charging system to the mains via
one phase.
•
Configure the maximum charging current of 6 A to
16 A using rotary switch S3, as shown in Fig. 6 - no. 4.
0 = 6 A (default setting), 1 = 8 A, 2 = 10 A, 3 = 12 A,
4 = 14 A, 5 ... 9 = 16 A
•
Optional: Prepare the data cables (Digital In (EN)
/ Digital Out (SW) and LAN) and connect them as
shown in Fig. 6 - no. 2 and no. 3 . Remove the cable
bridge before connecting an external blocking device
via Digital In.
Fit the strain relief as shown in Fig. 6 - no. 5 and fix the
data cables using cable ties. Mount the lower cover of
the charging system as shown in Fig. 7.
