We, OVERSAT S.L., owner of the SAKAWA brand, with headquarters at Calle Violetas 55, 08197
Valldoreix, SPAIN, declare that the Motohoe 1G52 from the serial number of the year 2022
onwards, are in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Directives of the European
Parliament and of the Council:

Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on
machinery and amending Directive 95/16/EC • Directive 2014/30/EU of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of
the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility. The product delivered cor-
responds to the specimen which was subjected to EC type-examination.
