Use the function key F4 to activate or deactivate the remote con-
trol to set the welding current. At the end of the list of parame-
ters the following two items are added:
min. external current
max. external current
By modifying these, it is possible to enlarge or restrict the adjust-
ment interval of the current set from the remote control; this
option is especially useful when using the RC12 pedal control.
12.1 Setting the parameters for TIG welding in graphics mode
By using the graphics mode you can have better immediacy and
simplicity of use in the control of the welding parameters. To
activate the graphics mode, just press the F1 key from the page
display ing the parameters. The graphics mode stays active even
when the machine is turned off. To return to the text mode, press
the F1 key again.
The graph shows the quality
trend of the welding cur-
rent.
The status bar contains the
indicator for output voltage
presence, the gas output indi-
cator, and the readings of the
current and voltage output.

The first line shows the type of
process selected. It is possible to
modify it by pressing the ESC key
and making a new selection
according to the method descri-
bed above.
This is the welding current set,
which can be changed with
the T7 keys.
By pressing the DATA CHANGE key, it is possible to change the
welding parameters not shown. The status bar is replaced by the
data setting line.
In the graph, the welding parameters to
be changed are clearly shown.
The entry line contains the name and numerical
value of the parameter to be modified. With the
T6 keys, the parameter required is selected; set
the new value and confirm it with the ENTER
key. At the end of the operation, the status bar
will appear again.
