Cleaning
• Clean the cooled exterior surface with a cloth or sponge
slightly dampened with a mild soap solution.
• For reasons of hygiene, the appliance should be cleaned be-
fore and after use.
• Avoid water contacting the electrical components.
• Clean the inside of container with a non-abrasive detergent
and rinse with clean water.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasive sponges, or
cleaning agents containing chlorine. Do not use steel wool,
metallic utensils, or any sharp or pointed objects for clean-
ing. Do not use petrol or solvents!
• When you drain off beverage or dirty water, leave the tap open
and rinse the boiler with clean water.
• No parts are dishwasher safe.
Maintenance
• Check the operation of the appliance regularly to prevent se-
rious accidents.
• If you see that the appliance is not working properly or that
there is a problem, stop using it, switch it off and contact the
supplier.
• All maintenance, installation and repair work must be car-
ried out by specialised and authorised technicians, or recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
a) Emptying the bowls:
• Before a bowl may be cleaned, it must be emptied all the
beverage inside the bowl first using the dispenser.
b) Disassembly the dispensing tap:
• Ensure all the beverage are emptied inside the bowl.
• Disassembly the tap levers and tap shaft before removing the
bowl for cleaning. (See ==> Installation / Assembly & Disas-
sembly)
c) Washing and sanitizing the parts:
ATTENTION! All of the disassembly parts must be thoroughly
washed and sanitized. We strongly recommend daily cleaning
and sanitizing this machine in order to maintain high degree
of food quality.
To carry out this procedure correctly, proceed as follows:
• Fill a container with detergent and hot water of temperature
about 40 ~ 50°C;
• Wash the disassembly parts thoroughly with this detergent
solution.
• Dip the disassembly parts into the solution and soaked for
about 30 minutes.
• Then, wash the parts again with clean water.
• Dry all parts well with a clean cloth.
d) Re-assembly the washed parts
ATTENTION! All of the parts must be carefully re-assembly.
(See = = > Installation / Assembly & Disassembly).
• Also check for the integrity of the big rubber gasket, should it
be worn, replace it with a new one (supplied).
• Replace the big rubber gasket for at least every 12 months.
e) Rinsing the machine
ATTENTION! Before starting up the machine after cleaning,
you must carry out the rinsing cycle as below procedures using
clean water in order to remove residues.
• Pour in the clean water into the bowls;
• Let the machine to run for at least 20 minutes.
• Switch OFF the machine and empty the bowl by using the
dispenser.
f) Cleaning the drip tray
ATTENTION! The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned daily.
• Remove the drip tray form the slot and take it out.
• Wash the drip tray and the grid separately with the lukewarm
water.
• Dry both parts well and place back the grid on top of the tray.
• Position the drainage hose in the opening provided.
• Fit back the drip tray in place and secure it with the machine.
g) Regular check and maintenance
• This machine must be periodically checked (for at least every
6 months) by a specialized authorized technician. This peri-
odic check serves to ensure that all the components installed
and the machine itself are at a high level of safety.
• Any worn or broken parts must be replaced by an original
spare part. It is forbidden to use this machine when even only
one of its part is faulty or worn.
Transportation and Storage
• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance has
been disconnected from the power supply and completely
cooled down.
• Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place.
• Never place heavy objects on the appliance as this could
damage it.
• Do not move the appliance while it is under operation. Dis-
connect the appliance from power supply when moving and
hold it at the bottom.
• Special care must be taken when moving or transporting the
machine due to its heavy weight. With at least 2 persons or
using a cart. Move the machine slowly, carefully, and never
incline more than 45°.
