9. Troubleshooting

Problem
My device does not
start.
There is no galvanic

Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly
connected to the device and that it is
plugged into an electrical outlet on the wall.
Check that:
• your hand is touching the base electrode

when you press the pulse button

• the galvanic energy is only active when
the galvanic circuit is closed. This is
achieved by pressing the pulse button

and the base electrode
same time.
Check that:
• the green ready/skin tone warning
indicator light
ensure you have good contact with the
skin.
• the treatment surface (#2) is evenly
and firmly pressed to the skin. The pulse
(#1)
button
will activate a pulse only
if the treatment surface (#2) is firmly
pressed against the skin.
If the ready/skin tone warning indicator light

blinks rapidly, this is an indication that
your skin tone is too dark for safe use. Try
using the device on a different area.
