Mounting possible suspended or
standing, above or below the
bumper.
Headlamps may not vibrate, extend
beyond the hood of the engine and
must be attached symmetrically.
Determine position of mounting and
mark fastening points.

Drill with 3 mm and 6.5 mm. Seal
drilled metal parts with rust
protection 1 .

• Folding rule
• Cutting pliers
• Ring spanner SW 10
Insert large seal 3 into the
guidance groove of the housing.
Insert small seal 4 into the cover
5 . Depending on the desired
passage of cable 6 , clip on cover.
Pre-mount holder 2 and put
together with housing according to
desired position 6 . Tighten screws
by hand.
Hella readable, for suspended
mounting, open housing and turn
reflector with cover lens.
Install relay protected from spray
water with terminals pointing
downwards.
Use only the supplied special cable
set for making the electrical
connection.
Loosen the earthing cable from
the battery and make the
electrical connection in
accordance with the circuit
diagram.
• Inbus spanner SW 5
• Cross recessed-head screwdriver
• Drill with bit Ø 3/ 6.5 mm
Fasten marker lamp 7 with holding
bracket, protected from vision and
spray water near the headlamp
(length of cable max. 45 cm).
Make sure that the supply cable
between headlamp and marker
lamp is not turned more than 90°
and/or bent by a radius of less than
20 mm.
Place plug 8 onto lamp, press in,
hold and screw in securing screw.
Connect earthing cable (-) again,
check light system. Align
headlamps, tighten screws and
fasten connecting cables securely.
In case of an extension of the
cable set, make sure that the
cable cross-section is sufficient.
The cable resistance between
marker lamp and battery may not
exceed a resistance of 150 mOhm
(at 12V) or 300 mOhm (at 24 V).
